To enable the Failed Payment Alert Message on the Widget & Customer App, follow the steps below:


How To Enable The Failed Payment Alert Message On Widget & Customer App


Go to the Setup Module in Core..



Click on the Configurations Tab.



By default, the Basic Tab will open.


 


In the Basic Tab, scroll down to the Member Configuration section.



Now, navigate to the Failed Payment Alert.



Toggle on the Failed Payment Alert Message Button to display an alert message on the Widget and Customer App.



Once toggled this on an Alert Display Text Box will pop up on the screen. 


 


The Merchant can add a Customized Message for the failed Payment Alert Notification. 



Once done click on the Save Button.



Customers can Process/Retry Failed Payments and also update their Card or Direct Debit details on the Widget and Customer App.
