This guide explains how to lock the customer profile in the Widget and App within Core. By following this guide, merchants can ensure that customer profile information is secured and restricted as intended.

Step 1: Navigate to the Configurations Tab

• Go to the Setup module in Core.
• Click on the Configurations tab.

Step 2: Access Payment Settings

• In the Configurations tab, navigate to the Payments tab.

• Scroll down to the Online Payment Configurations section.

Step 3: Lock the Customer Profile

• Toggle ON the Customer Profile option to lock it.

• Once done, click on the Save Button.
