To Create a Class in Core, follow the steps below: 


How To Create A Class In Core


Go to the Setup Module in Core.



Click on the Feature Items.

Click on the Classes Tab.



Now, click on the Add Class Button.



To activate the Class, toggle on the Active Button. 



Customers will not be able to see an Inactive Class.


To allow the Customer to perform Recurring Bookings of a Class Online, toggle on the Allow Multiple Bookings Online Button.



The following fields will show in the Class Section:


  • Class Name (Mandatory): Type the Unique Name of the Class. 
  • Class Category (Mandatory): Choose from a pre-existing Class Category. 
  • Class Level (Optional): Choose the Level of the Class from the dropdown menu i.e. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
  • Show Online As (Optional): Select the Class option from the dropdown menu.
  • Purchase Restriction (Optional): Set the Purchase Restriction from the dropdown if needed.
  • Class Description (Optional): Write the Class Description up to 700 characters. 
  • How to Prepare (Optional): Give instructions to the customers that they should read on the Widget. 


  • Image (Optional): Add up to five Images for the Class if needed.



The dimensions to upload a picture are 720 x 460 pixels for a Class.


Class Configuration

 

  • Booking Starts Before (Optional): The number of minutes, hours, or days a Customer can book the class in advance. A value of zero or a blank field allows Customers to book a Class as soon as it is made available online. 


The Merchants can add Exceptions for Booking Starts Before based on Customer Types (Member, Client, Lead).



There is no Start Booking Exception for the new Customer. New Customers who have not been added to the system must follow the Booking Start Time set in the Class Configuration.



  • Booking Closes Before  (Optional):  The number of minutes, hours, or days prior to the Class start time that Customers can make a reservation. A value of zero or a blank field allows Customers to make reservations up to the last minute.  
  • Cancellation Ends Before (Optional): The number of minutes, hours, or days a Customer can cancel prior to the Class start time. A value of zero or a blank field allows Customers to cancel the Class up to the last minute.  
  • Class Duration (Minutes)  (Optional): Time for the Class Session in minutes. 

 

Once done, click on the Save Button to Save the Class.
