To use the Access Control Functionality through the Customer App, follow the steps below:

How Can A Customer Use The Access Control Functionality Through The Customer App

Login to the Account on the Customer App.

Open the Side Menu by clicking on the Three Horizontal Lines at the top left corner of the Home Screen.

Select Access Control from the Side Menu.

Customers can also use Access control from the Access Control Button at the bottom of the Home Screen. 

Once the Access Control option is selected from the Side Menu, Dropbox will appear on the screen.

Select Reader from the Dropbox.

Now, click on the Main Door.

Click on the Unlock Button to Unlock the Main Door.

Bluetooth Access will take some seconds and the Door will be Unlocked successfully.
