Overview


This guide explains how to remove a customer from a contact list in Core.


Step 1: Navigate to Customer Profile

  • Go to the Customer Module in Core.

  • Click on the Edit Button against the Customer Name.



  • The Customer Profile will open.



Step 2: Access Marketing Tab

  • Click on the Marketing Tab from the Customer Profile.



Step 3: Remove Customer

  • Click on the Bin Icon against the Name of Contact List.



  • Click on the Yes, Delete Button to remove a Customer from the Contact List.



Step 4: Deletion confirmtion massage

  • The customer will now be successfully removed from the Contact List.
