Overview


This guide explains how to create a Contact List based on customer tags in Core. It covers all essential steps—from initializing a new contact list to saving customers with specific tags. By following this guide, merchants can effectively categorize and manage their customer contacts for targeted marketing.

 

Step 1: Create a New Contact List

  • Go to the Marketing Module.
  • Click on the Contact Lists Tab.
  • Click on the Add Contact List Button.



Step 2: Enter Contact List Details

  • Toggle on the Active Button.
  • Restrict the Automatic Contact List update.
  • Enter the name of the Contact List.
  • Save the Contact List without Adding any Criteria.



Step 3: Generate Customer Tags Report

  • Go to the Report Module.
  • Click on the Common Tab.
  • Scroll down the page and click on the Customer Tags Report.



Step 4: Filter and View Report

  • Tag Name: Enter the tag name.

  • Tagged On Date: Set the date interval.
  • After the required selection, click on Generate & View Report.


Step 5: Add Tagged Customers to Contact List

  • Select the Contact List format to generate the Report.
  • The Add Contact List Popup will open.



  • Select the Contact List where you want to save the Contacts with a specific Tag.
  • Click on the Confirm Button



Step 6: Confirm Contact List Update

  • All customers of the searched tag will be successfully added to the Contact List.
