Overview
This report explains how many Customers are present within the system. Furthermore, it shows Member details based on date range and status.
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Module
- To view a Report for all Customers, go to the Reports Module.

Step 2: Access Customer Reports
- Click on the Customer Segment.
- Now, click on All Customers Report.

Step 3: Filter Report Criteria
- Select All Customer Type and Customer Status from the dropdown menus.
- Select the Duration for which you want to view the Customer's details:
- From: Select a Starting Date.
- To: Select the Duration limit.

Step 4: Customize Report Columns
- Choose the desired Customized Column Names from the dropdown menu next to the Columns field to be included in the Report.

Step 5: Generate the Report
- Once done, click on the Generate & View Reports button.

Step 6: Download the Report
- To generate the Report, select the Format in which you want to download it.
- After generating the Report, you can download it by clicking on the Download Icon.

The generated Report can be downloaded multiple times within 30 Days.
The Customer's Detail Report will display the following
- Sr #
- Name
- Gender
- Customer Type
- Mobile
- Source
- Occupation
- Date of Birth
- Date Created
