Overview

This guide explains how to view customer activities in Core step by step, including navigating to the report, entering search criteria, and generating the report.



Step 1: Go to the Reports Module

  • From the Core Menu, go to the Reports Module.


 

Step 2: Click on the Customer Tab

  • Scroll down to the Customer Activities Report.



Step 3: Enter Search Criteria

  • Select Customer Type from the drop-down menu.


Enter your search Criteria in the following field to filter your Search Results.

  • Customer Name: Enter the Customer Name whose activities you want to view. 
  • Activities: Select the Activities you want to view from the drop-down menu. 
  • Duration: Choose a duration for which you want to view the activities, and select the starting date under From and an ending date under To. 



Step 4: Choose Customised Column Names

  • Now, choose the desired Customised Column Names from the drop-down menu next to the Columns field to be included in the Report.



Step 5: Generate the Report

  • Once done, click on the Generate & View Reports Button.



  • To generate the Report, select the desired format.



  • After generating the Report, you can download it by clicking on the Download Icon.



The geenrated Report can be downloaded multiple times within 30 Days.


A Customer Activities Report will display the following:


  • Sr #
  • Name
  • Activity Type
  • Title 
  • Created Date
  • Contact Reason
  • Outcome
  • What's Next
  • Follow-Up-Date
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Notes
