William wanted to reassign a new member of staff to Bryans Lead Call. He went to the Lead Module and clicked on Lead. After William clicked on the Edit, under the Action Title against Bryans Name.
William went to the Activities bar and clicked on Edit, for a specific Lead Call. However, William only reassigned the Lead Call which was already scheduled as a Later Call. Because William knew that Now Calls, cannot be assigned to a Member of Staff.
William chose a member of staff from the dropdown menu from the Assign To field. After doing that, he clicked Save to confirm all the necessary changes.
William now saw his new reassigned staff member associated to that Lead Call, in the Activities Log.
