Jane (merchant) was told by her lead, Brian, that he only wished to be contacted via SMS. To make these requested changes from the Core Setup menu Jane clicked on the Lead module and selected Brian's name. 


From the Lead Detail segment, Jane scrolled to the bottom of the page and pressed the blue + to access the Permissions section. 

Jane then toggled off all communication methods except SMS.

Jane then scrolled back to the top and clicked Save to secure all settings.
