William (Merchant) wanted to reassign his Lead Call to a new member of staff. To do so, William went to the Lead module and clicked on the Lead segment. William clicked on the Edit, under the Action title, associated with Bryans Lead Name.
William went to Activities and clicked on Edit, against the Lead Call of his choosing. A dialogue box opened and William reassigned a new member of staff under the Assign To tab.
After William assigned a new member of staff to that specific Lead Call, William clicked Save. The reassigned Lead Call was now visible in the Activities Log.
